Flagship department store lighting refresh across three floors. Flexible track systems and tunable-white fixtures adapt from cosmetics counters to fashion aisles, guiding shoppers through layered focal points.

We collaborated with the visual merchandising team to create seasonal scene presets, highlight accent displays, and maintain consistent color rendering across product categories.
